Vantyx, Inc. ("Vantyx", "we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform.
We collect information you provide directly: account details (name, email, company), payment information processed via Stripe, knowledge base content you upload, and conversation data between your customers and AI avatars. We also collect usage data including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and feature usage patterns through standard analytics.
Your data is used to: operate and improve the Vantyx platform, train your specific AI avatars (your data is never used to train models for other customers), process payments, send service communications, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Conversation transcripts are retained according to your configured retention policy (default: 30 days, configurable from 7 to 365 days). Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days. Payment records are retained as required by applicable tax and accounting regulations. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
You have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, export your data in a portable format, object to processing, and withdraw consent. For EU/EEA residents, these rights are guaranteed under GDPR. For California residents, additional rights are provided under CCPA.
We implement industry-standard security measures including AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, multi-tenant data isolation, regular penetration testing, and SOC 2 Type II compliance. Access to customer data is restricted to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis.
