These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vantyx platform, including our website, APIs, widgets, and related services. By using Vantyx, you agree to these Terms.
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use Vantyx.
You agree not to: use Vantyx for any illegal purpose, upload malicious content to knowledge bases, attempt to reverse-engineer or extract our AI models, resell or redistribute the service without authorisation, or use the platform in any way that could harm other users or our infrastructure.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to Vantyx, including knowledge base materials, brand assets, and configuration data. You grant us a limited licence to process this content solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not use your content to train models for other customers.
We target 99.9% uptime for all paid plans. Business plan customers receive a formal SLA with service credits for downtime exceeding the guaranteed threshold. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated at least 48 hours in advance.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscriptions are honoured at the original price until the end of the current billing period.
Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days. After 30 days, we delete all customer data in accordance with our retention policy. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vantyx shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, CA, unless otherwise required by applicable local law.
